Circuit City Ends Hispanic Marketing Program
December 15, 2006
By Mariana Lemann

Circuit City this week confirmed that since October it has no longer been doing advertising aimed at the Hispanic market. The electronics retailer worked with Publicis' Hispanic advertising agency Bromley Communications, based in San Antonio, for the past two years.

"Our marketing and advertising programs are under constant review and it changes over time," says Jim Babb, spokesperson for Circuit City. "It is a review of the company's entire marketing program, and we are not making announcements of our future marketing plans."

In late November, Circuit City chose Euro RSCG as its lead creative agency after the shop had produced work for the retailer on a project basis.
